Ercuis Citeaux Fish Cutlery

The creations of the Goldsmith Ercuis have always been present on the greatest tables and, among others, on the Normandie, the most famous of French liners.

The Citeaux model, so named in homage to the Cistercian Abbey of Notre-Dame de Cîteaux in Burgundy, is one of the brand's iconic creations.

All flatware receives a minimum silver load of 63 microns. The silvering process used by Ercuis results in a "point effect", ie a greater deposit of silver in the most exposed areas of the cover.
